The 399det Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering a Player Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 399det reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance — whether derived from deposits or winnings — will be forfeited.
The Platform is operated for the benefit of players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 399det Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 399det makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in locations outside Bangladesh. If you access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and you indemnify 399det against any consequences arising from that access.
To open a Player Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You may hold only one Player Account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance contained within them may be forfeited. 399det reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
399det operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activation are processed: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate; a utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address dated within the past three months; and proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 399det strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security features offered on the Platform. Any activity conducted through your Player Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
399det reserves the right to suspend or close a Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity; breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a chargeback; or at the Player's own request. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, 399det may retain any balance in the account as a penalty. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified Real Money Balance will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 399det reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts, deducted from the available Real Money Balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players will be notified via the registered email address prior to the application of any inactivity fee.
399det accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 399det does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in any foreign currency. The Platform does not apply any internal currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits applicable to your account are displayed within the cashier section of your Player Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to successful KYC verification. 399det reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a withdrawal request is made to a payment method that was used for a deposit, 399det may require that a minimum wagering activity has been conducted on the Platform before the withdrawal is approved.
Players must only deposit funds that they own and have the legal right to use. 399det will not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. Where 399det has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are of illicit origin, the account will be suspended pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions made available on the 399det Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between an offer-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the offer-specific term shall prevail in respect of that offer only.
Unless stated otherwise in the relevant offer terms, all Bonus Balances are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before they may be transferred to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games may contribute between 5% and 20%; certain games may be excluded entirely. 399det reserves the right to withhold or void bonus balances and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; placing bets that exploit low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering volume; and claiming promotions using payment accounts registered in another person's name.
Unless stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will expire and be forfeited if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Player Account.
All bets placed on the 399det sportsbook are final once confirmed by the system. 399det will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where a bet has been accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest error in the published odds.
A manifest error is an obvious and palpable mistake in pricing, event description, or settlement that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. 399det reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that contained a manifest error, irrespective of whether the bet has already been settled. Where a void is issued, the stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
Cricket betting on the 399det Platform covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Specific rules governing market settlement for cricket — including rules on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, abandoned matches, delayed start procedures, and super over outcomes — are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable sport-specific rules before placing any wager.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. Odds on in-play markets update in real time and may be suspended at any time. 399det accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was no longer accurate at the time of placement due to the real-time nature of in-play markets. Where a bet is placed after the relevant event or incident has already occurred (commonly known as "late betting"), 399det reserves the right to void that bet.
All casino games available on the 399det Platform are operated by third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399det shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 399det makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted, 399det's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In all circumstances, 399det's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by Players is governed by the 399det Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 399det implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and applies strict internal access controls to prevent unauthorised access to Player data.
399det reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, Players will be notified via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Player Account before the effective date and withdraw any available balance.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 399det is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally through the 399det customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 399det from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unlawful conduct.
